Syed Hannan Razvi
Syed Hannan Razvi is a Shi’a cleric and a popular speaker. Currently, he is in Hyd, India. He teaches in Houzat ul-Imam ul-Qayam (a.j.t.f), Az-Zehra(s.a) Academy Imam Juma & Jamat at Central Masjid of Shi’a community in Hyd city of India.
He studied Islamic Sciences and theology at the Al-Mustafa International University of Qum, where he earned a master’s degree. His interest lies in Quranic Sciences and teaching Islamic Sciences. After his schooling and college, he went to Al-Mustafa International University; he stayed for 17 years since 1995.

He is then known as a Hujjatul Islam and received his turban in 2005 by Ayatullah Mohd Taqi Bahjat (r.t.a) on the occasion of Eid Ghadir.
In 2012 he was invited to Howzat Ul-Imam ul-Qayam(a.j.t.f), in hyd to teach as a lecturer in Islamic Studies. Later, he was appointed as the Imam-e-Juma & Jamat of The Masjid Ibadatkhana-e-Hussaini(a.s) in Hyd, Since 2012.
He was invited to Melbourne & Sydney city of Australia in 2017, 2018 & 2019 in the month of Moharram and Ramazan for Islamic lectures.
His main fields of interest are theology, Islamic mysticism, and Qur’anic sciences and exegeses, including its history and compilation
Syed Hannan Razvi has authored several books including his master’s thesis in “Muslim Unity in the view of Qur’an & Nahjul Balagha” (2007), Tajweed-ul-Quran (2012), The Aulum Ul-Quran (2014).
